UD Las Palmas - Girona FC (Estadio de Gran Canaria, midday CEST)

The Canary Islanders and the Catalan side face off in one of the duels of matchday 33 of the Liga Adelante. Las Palmas, fourth in the table, and Girona, second placed, go into the game with only two points between them, therefore the game could be crucial in obtaining one of the top two automatic promotion spots for the Liga BBVA.

The Canary Island manager, Paco Herrera, hopes that his side "go out without any fear and are determined to get the three points". His opposite number, Pablo Machín, is convinced of what his side must do: "We have to be at our best in order to counteract the potential that our opponents have", he stated.

RC Recreativo - SD Ponferradina (Estadio Nuevo Colombino, 4pm CEST)

The Andalusian side faces Ponferradina in a game where there is a lot at stake for both sides. On one hand, Recreativo are aiming to break away from the relegation zone, as before the game, they find themselves in 18th place with 32 points. Meanwhile, the visitors, who are seventh, want to stay in the hunt for the play-off positions. The home coach, José Domínguez, warned of his opponent’s quality: "They have quick players on the wing and are dangerous in attack. This is another final for us". His opposite number, Manolo Díaz, believes that this is a crucial game: "We need a good result away from home in order to keep putting on pressure in the table".

FC Barcelona B – Real Betis (Mini Estadi, 5pm CEST)

Barcelona B will have a difficult opponent as they play host to the leaders. Barcelona have drawn their last two games and need a win to get out of the relegation zone. Meanwhile, the Andalusian side will want to stay top of the table and to do so, they will be looking for their third consecutive win.

The Barcelona coach, Jordi Vinyals, is aware of the rivals he is up against: “We host the leaders and they will make life difficult for us. I hope that we can repeat the good performance we had against Sporting”. Meanwhile, Pepe Mel is sure of one thing: "We don’t expect to have an easy game. If we do not get into the gear that we need, we will have a tough time".

At. Osasuna - CD Numancia (Estadio El Sadar, 6.15pm CEST)

Osasuna host Numancia in a game where the side from Navarre are looking for a win in order to move out of the relegation zone and end a winless run of 10 games. Numancia however, go into the game in a relatively comfortable position. They are in the middle of the table and looking for three points that would bring them closer to mathematical survival.

Over the last few days, the Osasuna coach, José Manuel Mateo, has shown his confidence and he believes that "Osasuna will get there in the end". His opposite number, Juan Antonio Anquela, has stated that his side travel to Pamplona "with the aim of getting a positive result that allows them to dream of promotion".

CD Leganés - Albacete B. (Estadio Municipal de Butarque, 9pm CEST)

Leganés and Albacete will close out matchday 33 of the Liga Adelante. The Madrid side go into the final stretch of the season hoping to be able to fight for a promotion. The side from La Mancha are mainly concerned with increasing or maintaining their distance from the relegation zone, which stands at six points before this start of this game.

Asier Garitano, the Leganés managed, talked about his opponents: "Albacete is a side who have improved their results, and they are playing as well as they were before". His opposite number, Luis César Sampedro believes that Leganés "are a side who know what kind of football they play and they have adapted amazingly to the league".
