The Emaná, a brothers' saga in the Gimnástic

After crossing the globe to play football in numerous championships, Achille Emaná experienced one of the most special moments of his career in the ranks of Gimnastic de Tarragona. The Cameroon striker played along with his brother Stephane in the attacking line in a match that the family will never forget.

Stephane plays in the second team of the Tarragona club and last weekend had the opportunity to debut with the first team in Liga Adelante. The untimely injury of De la Espada, forced Vicente Moreno to make a substitution in the early stages of the match. The coach did not hesitate and chose to give a chance to the youngest of the Emaná brothers.

At 21, Stephane Emaná debuted in Liga Adelante and his partner up front was none other than his brother Achille, of 33. With 12 years difference, they paired up in the attack of the Catalan team and aroused the enthusiasm of the home fans. Although Nastic could not get the win against CD Lugo, the Emaná family will never forget the day in which the two brothers shared the same shirt on the pitch.
