A little more than a month before Liga Adelante kicks-off, the teams can already be found, preparing for the start of the 2015/16 season with the team sheets all full up. The trainers are outlining a new campaign and setting their sights on the objective at hand. First-timers in the category like Sergi Barjuan (UD Almería), Rubén Baraja (Elche CF), Luis García Tevenet (SD Huesca), Luis Milla (CD Lugo), Jagoba Arrasate (CD Numancia) alternate with veterans, like José Bordalás (Deportivo Alavés), Carlos Terrazas (CD Mirandés) or Enrique Martín (CA Osasuna).
In total, the average age of the managers that start the season in the second category is 46.1 years. Specifically, the oldest trainer is Enrique Martín, who, at 59 years old, will begin a new campaign at the Forefront of CA Osasuna. The honour of being the youngest in the category is given to Jagoba Arrasate, who at 37 is in charge of the CD Numancia push.
