Team News:

FC Barcelona: Jeremy Mathieu, Sandro Ramirez and Adriano Correia (all injured).

Real Madrid: Raphael Varane (injured).

Match Facts:

Barcelona (1st, 76 pts):

- The Catalans would love to lay down a marker so as to continue their march towards the title. Though they were held 2-2 by Villarreal CF last matchday, Luis Enrique and co. still go into this one on the strength of a 39-game unbeaten run in all competitions.

- Barça's front three have chalked up 69 Liga BBVA goals combined. Luis Suarez has scored 26 of these, followed by Lionel Messi on 22 and Neymar on 21.

Real Madrid (3rd, 66 pts):

- The team coached by Zinedine Zidane are bidding for a fifth league win on the spin as they refuse to give up on their hopes of being crowned champions. The Madrilenians will arrive at the Camp Nou intent on bringing their A game and making a statement.

- Madrid have netted 16 times and shipped just three goals in their last four LaLiga fixtures. The last time they conceded more than once in a match was back on 13 February, in the 4-2 victory at home to Athletic Club.

Don't leave Barcelona without… wandering around the picturesque Park Guell, which boasts UNESCO World Heritage status. There can be few better things to do in the run-up to the big game than soaking up the beauty of its landscaped gardens and marvelling at Antoni Gaudi's feats of architectural extravagance.
