Sergio León named Liga Adelante Player of the Month for September

Elche CF striker Sergio León (Córdoba, 1989) has become the winner of the Liga Adelante Player of the Month Award for September, after settling as the top scorer of the team.

The Andalusian footballer completed a great month, in which he scored three goals and gave an assist, which helped Elche's team to get the second place in Liga Adelante standings.

The award, given by BBVA, the main sponsor of the competition, rewards the excellent form of the player, which adds four goals this season of the seven that has scored his team from the start.
