Following a long season domestically, La Real have hit the United States for the LaLiga World programme, whose goal is to boost the international profile of LaLiga clubs through events in various destinations and games against local sides.

Off the pitch, the San Sebastian outfit will be making the most of their stay in the City by the Bay to attend an event alongside the Spanish national rugby sevens side at San Francisco State University. This is part of the Champions of Spain initiative, which sees different sports federations and teams accompany LaLiga clubs and train in first-rate facilities.
Later today, meanwhile, a Real Sociedad delegation will be heading to San Francisco's Basque Cultural Center to spend an evening with local residents hailing from the Basque Country.
