Fajr scored again
The French-Moroccan footballer, who already scored the winning goal against Real Betis two matchdays ago, was once again vital for RC Deportivo. After 25 minutes of play broke the deadlock with an exquisite shoot that ended in the back of the net after receiving a pass from Fernando Navarro from the left side.
Deportivo failed in front of goal
The Galician side had a golden chance to extend its lead in the early stages of the second half. Lucas Pérez sent a measured pass to Jonathan Rodriguez, who was waiting in a privileged position inside the box. However, his shot, just in front of goal, went wide.
Piti changed the game
The Catalan midfielder entered in the second half and completely changed Granada´s game. First he threatened with a shot that ran into the post, to finish scoring the 1-1 in the 65th minute from a Robert Ibañez pass.
Jonas Gutierrez debut
The Argentine player replaced Jonathan Rodriguez in the 58th minute and could well celebrate his debut with the shirt of the Galician club. He did not have too many chances, but joined the team game and was very active at all times.
"Nazarí" solidity
After conceding the equalizer, Deportivo struggled to reverse the situation and take all three points. However, Granada gave no option to the "Deportivista" side, thanks to its great strength in the defensive line.
