Pick the 2015/16 Liga BBVA Team of the Season

Following an enthralling, fiercely contested campaign that will go down in Spanish football history, the time has come to recognise the league's leading lights. And here at LaLiga, we want you to call the shots by voting for the 2015/16 Liga BBVA Team of the Season.

It's up to you to pick the 11 players who most caught your eye this term. It couldn't be simpler. Just follow this link and start off by choosing your formation – there are up to seven available: 5-4-1, 5-3-2, 4-5-1, 4-4-2, 4-3-3, 3-5-2 and 3-4-3. After you've made up your mind on a system, then you can start slotting players into the different positions.

You can select anyone who tasted at least a minute's action over the course of the season, and you've got free rein to include players from as many teams as you like. If you've been mesmerised by Luis Suarez's goalscoring exploits and at the back you reckon that Mauricio Lemos has had a great season, you're welcome to go with both of them in your lineup. Then, once you've picked your team, be sure to share it on your social media accounts!
