Official Statement

We hereby inform you that the free-to-air Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 have not been awarded, since none of the offers from candidates received on December 15, 2015 reached their respective Individual Reserve Price. Consequently, it was agreed to proceed according to section 5.3 of the "Basis for the request for proposals for the commercialization of rights to exploit audiovisual content of the National League Championship of First and Second Division and Copa del Rey for the 2016/2017 to 2018/2019 seasons", and therefore calls for a new round of bidding.

In compliance with the Rules, we call on them to submit new bids for lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, which must be presented to that effect by the Candidates with a sealed envelope containing their new Economic Bid at the headquarters of the CSD, properly identified as "OFFER OF [OPERATOR] - LOT [NUMBER]" and addressed to the attention of the President of the CSD.

The deadline for submission of new bids is December 22, 2015 at 4:00 PM.

For the award of these lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 the procedure stipulated in the Terms will apply, in particular, and it may be awarded to those candidates whose best offer reaches the Individual Reserve Price.
