Written complaint sent by LaLiga to the Professional Competition Committee.

Under the regulations of the Royal Spanish Football Federation, the Professional Football League will send a letter to the Anti-violence Commission denouncing the singing of songs that incite violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport, being these actions contrary to the rules set in the RFEF Disciplinary Code. This same letter of complaint will be transferred to the Competition Committee.

We recall that LaLiga has activated a mail box for fans attending matches to send their complaints, suggestions or requests in order to contribute to the fight against violence in stadiums. The mail address is: viveelfutbol@laliga.es

Throughout this section and subject to concern a public and notorious fact, are listed the following behaviors that form the subject of this complaint and related with the games of Liga BBVA matchday 10:

1. - Match between Valencia CF SAD and Levante UD SAD, the October 31, 2015.

1. In the 44th minute, after an action of the game in which two players from both teams face each other dialectically, an approximate number of 1,800 fans, from the area of young stand located in the lower south side of the stadium behind one of the goals, identified by symbols (scarves, shirts, flags and banners) from local group of animation Curva Nord Mario Alberto Kempes -CN10-, the term "Puta Levante" was uttered, which was conducted in a repeated, coordinated and coral way in the form of song during a period of approximately 10 seconds. These songs were not backed by the rest of the fans.

2. In the 64th minute during the course of the game, from the area described in paragraph 1 above, the expression “Puto sapo el que no bote es” was uttered and conducted in a repeated, coordinated and coral way in the form of song during a period of approximately 10 seconds while jumping simultaneously on their seats, without being supported by the rest of the fans presents at the stadium.

3. In the 65th minute, following an action of game where the referee booked a local player, from the area described in the preceding paragraphs, the term "Puta Levante" was uttered and conducted in a repeated, coordinated and coral way in the form of song during a period of approximately 30 seconds. These songs were not backed by the rest of the fans.
As indicated in this report, it has been noted that the behavior of other spectators at the stadium was absolutely right throughout the match and that the facts described above always occurred in the specific area described earlier.

As for the prevention of violence that Valencia CF, SAD, may have adopted have been accredited to mention the following measures:

In several entrances to the stadium there were posters exposed recalling the measures for the prevention of violence at sporting events and the rules of access to the stages of LaLiga.

Before the start of the match and in its halftime break, a message was spread throughout the stadium public address to reinforce the campaign against violence in the football world with the following content "The public is reminded that under the law of sport, insults are banned at sporting venues. Please respect the law and support the team. Amunt Aficio Amunt Valencia".

Through the screens of video scoreboards and U television, messages against violence in football stadiums, before starting the match and during the break were inserted.

In various areas and accesses of the stadium there were symbols and messages related to the Global Respect campaign developed by the local club against violence in football and stadiums, as well as the tunnel that leads to the ground.
