Denuncias

MIÉ 21.10.2015

Under the regulations of the Royal Spanish Football Federation, the Professional Football League will send a letter to the Anti-violence Commission denouncing the singing of songs that incite violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport, being these actions contrary to the rules set in the RFEF Disciplinary Code. This same letter of complaint will be transferred to the Competition Committee.

We recall that LaLiga has activated a mail box for fans attending matches to send their complaints, suggestions or requests in order to contribute to the fight against violence in stadiums. The mail address is: viveelfutbol@laliga.es

Throughout this section and subject to concern a public and notorious fact, are listed the following behaviors that form the subject of this complaint and related with the games of Liga BBVA matchday 8:

1. Match played between Real Sociedad, SAD and the Club Atlético de Madrid, SAD, the 18th of October, 2015.

In the 35th minute, without being able to associate the song with any particular action of game, a group of about 80 fans of Real Sociedad de Fútbol SAD, located at the bottom center of the GOL SUR, placed behind the flags that can be seen in the photographs attached, chanted a song in reference to the visiting club "Atletico Madrid, mierda (shit)" as completion of a song that lasted about 8 seconds, which was conducted in a coordinated and coral way. This song was performed exclusively by the aforementioned group, without being followed or chanted by the rest of spectators at the stadium.

As indicated in this report, it has been noted that the behavior of other spectators at the stadium was absolutely right throughout the match and that the facts described above always occurred in the specific area of GOL SUR and particularly in its lower central area.

As for the prevention of violence that Real Sociedad de Fútbol SAD, may have adopted have been accredited to mention the following measures:

· In the access controls inside the stadium a search of belongings (bags, backpacks, fanny packs, etc.) was carried out in order to prevent access of intolerant slogans and prohibited materials.
