Bad news for Óscar Sánchez, the captain of Real Murcia CF. After a successful operation on the internal meniscus injury that he picked up in the team’s last Liga Adelante game against CE Sabadell FC, a new injury has been detected.
During the reconstruction of the internal meniscus he was diagnosed with a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament in his knee, meaning that he will have to go under the knife again. According to the club’s official website, the injury means he will be out for several months.
