SD Huesca 1-0 CD Lugo

SD Huesca ran out 1-0 winners over CD Lugo in their last game of the season. A 63rd-minute goal from Tyronne sealed the points for the home side. After a somewhat irregular start to the campaign, Juan Antonio Anquela's men managed a mid-table finish.

CD Numancia 2-0 Albacete

Another two teams playing their last game of the campaign were CD Numancia and Albacete. Numancia won 2-0 thanks to goals from Alex Aleria and Julio Alvarez, from the penalty spot. The home side also paid tribute to Julio Del Pino, who was making his final appearance for Numancia.

Bilbao Athletic 2-0 CD Tenerife

Despite already being relegated, the Basque side bowed out with a win. Unai Bilbao opened the scoring on 25 minutes and Jurgi Oteo sealed the points in the second half.

Cordoba CF 1-1 UD Almeria

Both these sides achieved their goals and were happy to play out a 1-1 draw. Cordoba CF will take part in the playoffs for promotion to the Liga BBVA whilst UD Almeria avoided relegation. Quique Gonzalez broke the deadlock for the Andalusians, only for Raul de Tomas to equalise in the 67th minute.

CD Mirandes 0-1 CD Leganes

CD Leganes made history out on the pitch at the Anduva Municipal Stadium. Pablo Insua's 48th-minute header sealed automatic promotion for the visitors. The stands erupted as the referee blew for the final whistle. Asier Garitano's men are on their way to the Liga BBVA for the first time in the club's history.

UE Llagostera 6-2 R. Zaragoza

UE Llagostera had nothing to play for, whilst R. Zaragoza had it all. However, it was the former who won this encounter. Zaragoza were forced to chase the game throughout, and defeat saw them miss out on a place in the promotion playoffs. Four goals from David Querol, one from Jesus Imaz and another from Jordi Lopez rendered Jaime Romero and Angel Rodriguez's goals useless.

R.Oviedo 0-5 At. Osasuna

At.Osasuna achieved their goal and sealed their place in the playoffs for promotion to the Liga BBVA. Kenan Kodro opened the scoring on 37 minutes. After the break, Roberto Torres doubled their lead from the penalty spot before scoring his second of the game. Late goals from Oier and Urko Vera saw the visitors run out 5-0 winners.

AD Alcorcon 4-1 Elche CF

This was a bittersweet win. Despite taking all three points against Elche CF, AD Alcorcon missed out on the playoffs and will not be playing for a place in next season's Liga BBVA. David Rodriguez, with 19 goals to his name this season, Natxo Insa, Jose Campaña and an own goal by Jose Angel sealed the win. Sergio Leon scored a late goal for the visitors, taking his tally to 22 goals for the season and crowning him as the division's top scorer.

Gimnastic 1-1 D. Alaves

Gimnastic were playing for an automatic playoff place whilst D. Alaves, having sealed promotion last weekend, had the chance to be crowned Liga Adelante champions. Xavi Molina opened the scoring and sent the home fans wild, only to see Manu Barreiro level the game in the 90th minute. Alaves took the title, whilst the Catalans finished third and will have to battle their way through the playoffs.

SD Ponferradina 0-1 Girona FC

The Toralin Stadium was the sad place to be today.  A Cristian Herrera goal saw SD Ponferradina relegated. The defeat confirmed the home side's place in the bottom four. Meanwhile, Girona FC will play the playoffs for promotion to the Liga BBVA.

R.Valladolid CF 1-3 RCD Mallorca

RCD Mallorca left it late to pull off their great escape, but today's game was not without its twists and turns. With nothing to play for, it was R. Valladolid who took an 8th-minute lead. However, Mallorca bounced back through two goals from Brandon Llamas and another from Michael Perreira to avoid relegation.
