Lamine Yamal is LALIGA EA SPORTS U23 Player of the Month for August

Lamine Yamal has been chosen LALIGA EA SPORTS Under 23 Player of Month for August. The Catalan winger has been one of the key players in Barcelona's perfect start to the season, with four of four wins for Hansi Flick's side. Lamine has scored one goal and assisted four times in these games.

He has continued to prove just how good he is at such a young age, carrying his fine form from last season into the current campaign. Yamal's goal against Athletic Club was key in the team's win, as were his four assists against Valencia CF, Rayo Vallecano and Real Valladolid, which mean he's provided more assists than any other player in LALIGA in the 2024/25 season. 

Barça's number ‘19’ beat Pablo Barrios (Atlético de Madrid), Christantus Uche (Getafe CF), Raúl Moro (Real Valladolid) and Alejo Véliz (RCD Espanyol) in the voting for Best Under 23 of the Month in LALIGA EA SPORTS.
