LaLiga Experience guests blown away by passionate Atletico fans

After having enjoyed an action-packed three days, the VIPs in this, the final event of this season’s LaLiga Experience campaign, rounded off their dream trip by attending the blockbuster bout between Atletico Madrid and Sevilla FC at the Wanda Metropolitano.

The journalists representing Switzerland’s Blue Sport and Norway’s TV 2 and the winner of the Nordic broadcaster’s LaLiga Ultimate Challenge competition (plus their guest) got the chance to go pitchside to watch the two sets of players be put through their paces in the pre-match warm-up, before heading up into the stands to catch all of the action and be wowed by the passion of the Rojiblancos’ faithful.

The matchday experience was made all the more complete as the group were welcomed by former Atleti player and club legend Roberto Fresnedoso in the build-up to kick-off. Once the 90 minutes of on-field action were up, the journalists took their places in the media room as coach Diego Simeone and Atletico’s Jose Maria Gimenez fielded questions from the press, whilst our guests also got to pose for photos with some of the capital club’s star men to give them a memento to share with their loved ones back home.

Whilst this event may have brought the curtain down on the LaLiga Experience campaign for this season, our guests left the Spanish capital armed with memories that will last them a lifetime.
