During the 14th and 15th October, the Chinese city of Guangzhou, capital of the Guangdong Province, hosts the Summit of joint selling for VIP clients. The event was organized by PPTV, exclusive distributor of LaLiga´s TV rights in China, and Charm Group, the exclusive agency for sponsorship sales of LaLiga in China.
The prestigious event was joined by representatives of about a hundred of the best companies in different industries and sectors, both international and Chinese. Also, the Forum was attended by many personalities and Chinese businessmen, including He Dang, president of Charm Group, and James Fan, PPTV CEO. Sergi Torrens, Director of LaLiga´s Office in China, went on behalf of the Spanish body. Samsung, Toyota, Danone or Suning were among many other companies represented at the Guangzhou Summit.
LaLiga's presence in these meetings of international marketing, reaffirms the commitment of LaLiga to be present in the Asian giant, in what amounts to a strategic investment in LaLiga’s internationalization. In this context are framed the agreements with the multinational Suning, the presence in China of events such as the LFP World Challenge and the working meetings that LaLiga has had with the Super League (CSL) and the Chinese Football Association (CFA). In turn, LaLiga maintains an operational branch office in Beijing with the aim of promoting relations between the two countries
