LaLiga in 'I Love Clicks'

Football passion does not only live on the grounds, in a bar with friends or in the living room with the family; "I Love Clicks" shows this sport in a very special way. Mauro Solbes, the main architect of the blog (www.iloveclicks.es) has hand-painted the 20 teams of LaLiga in Play Mobil figures.

"Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo were the first players that we painted," says Mauro Solbes. After starting with FC Barcelona and Real Madrid players, he decided to continue in the football world to pay tribute to all LaLiga teams.

The idea come up four years ago and, today, is making a fuss in social networks. "People is making many requests, from Third Regional teams to Liga Adelante", Solbes said.

Behind each figure there is a lot of work and patience, as explained to LaLiga by the blog creator: "The hardest are the details of the outfit, you have to spend a lot of time." The “clicks” are painted by hand, one by one for later, share them on the blog so users can enjoy.

Sporting, the most desired

But if there is a team that has been requested by the "I Love Clicks" followers that is Sporting de Gijon. "So many have been requesting Sporting this season."

Despite the work and time involved, Mauro Solbes does not sell the characters he creates because Play Mobil’s image rights:  "We do not sell, to us is just a hobby," assured Mauro.

“I Love Clicks” leaves no room for doubt: football can be a child's game, and for not so young.
