FC Barcelona host Valencia CF in one of the most exciting matches of matchday 32 in the Liga BBVA, a match in which the league title and third place are at stake. The blaugranas, the current league leaders, will be looking to get back to winning ways after drawing at Sevilla FC last week so they can stay top of the league above Real Madrid. Valencia meanwhile are in fourth spot and will be looking to knock Atlético Madrid off fourth spot.

Luis Enrique will be without Thomas Vermaelen, who is still injured, and Andrés Iniesta, who suffered a bruised pelvis in Wednesday’s UEFA Champions League clash with Paris Saint-Germain. Valencia boss Nuno Espírito Santo will be without Pablo Piatti and Enzo Pérez, but full-back JoséLuis Gayáreturns after missing the last two matches.

Luis Enrique praised Valencia before the game, saying: “I’m not surprised by the season they are having. If you analyse the work of their coach and his players, they deserve a lot of credit.”
Nuno Espírito Santo meanwhile said: “Barcelona do not have many weak points, but we can make the most of the few they do have.”The Portuguese added that his side “are still determined to win all the games we have left.”
