Globe Soccer's Best Club of the Year plays in LaLiga Santander

Atletico Madrid have been named the Best Club of the Year in the Globe Soccer Awards for their achievements in 2018, having won the Europa League, the UEFA Super Cup and securing a second placed finish in LaLiga Santander with 79 points. 

Club head Miguel Angel Gil Marin flew out to Dubai (United Arab Emirates) to collect the prize. Coach Diego Pablo Simeone and France forward Antoine Griezmann were up for prizes in the best coach category and best player of the year category
