Emotions run high in Valencia thanks to the #LigaBBVAExperience

Following the success of the inaugural #LigaBBVAExperience event in Malaga, Valencia picked up the baton, playing host to 10 foreign fans hailing from Poland, Romania, Greece, Belgium and Portugal, plus five journalists from these countries, who all got to witness the Valencia CF v Atletico Madrid game live at the Mestalla Stadium to cap an unforgettable weekend in Spain.

With the city gearing up for Las Fallas, the fans were able to discover first-hand some of the traditional activities that take place leading up to this festival, as well as getting under the skin of one of the city's football clubs.

Valencia CF opened the doors of their home to the visitors, who went on the Mestalla Forever Tour and enjoyed a paella with the Association of Valencia CF Supporters' Clubs, showing that football, gastronomy and culture can go hand in hand. This same message was reinforced through the visits to the City of Arts and Sciences and Valencia's old town.

Furthermore, these football lovers from different backgrounds had the chance to meet LaLiga stars Antonio Barragan, Shkodran Mustafi, Javi Fuego, Pablo Piatti, Saul Ñiguez and Jose Maria Gimenez, who spared their time to greet the group and sign autographs, ensuring that they went away with a nice souvenir of their Spanish adventure.
