The excitement and emotion of football is back. La Liga TV will once again be the perfect addition to a weekend of sport. As many as eight games in the Liga Adelante will take centre stage on the Liga de Fútbol Profesional's official channel, available for viewing without geographical restrictions and totally free of charge.

Matchday 21 gets off to a strong start with the encounter between At. Osasuna and CE Sabadell, in which the men from Navarre will be out to protect an unbeaten streak stretching back over the past four matchdays against opponents who arrive at El Sadar in need of points to climb out of the relegation zone. CD Lugo, fresh from defeat to Albacete B., host a Girona FC side that lie 5th on 35 points and are fighting for the play-off places. The leaders of the Liga Adelante, UD Las Palmas, close out Saturday's action at Mendizorroza at 8 pm, as they take on a D. Alavés outfit on a run of two straight defeats.

At 5 pm on Sunday, La Liga TV has three exciting match-ups in store: FC Barcelona B - RC Recreativo, UE Llagostera - R Valladolid CF and RCD Mallorca - CD Mirandés. The azulgranas and the Andalusians both need a positive result going into a clash that is sure to be a closely-matched affair. The same is true of Llagostera, who welcome a strong Valladolid team offering no let-up in second place in the division, having won three on the bounce. Meanwhile, Mallorca, who have picked up four points in the last two games, will come up against Carlos Terrazas's Mirandés, who are enjoying their finest form of the season.

At 7 pm, CD Tenerife will look to banish the memories of their defeat to Real Betis (3-1) on the most recent matchday as they go head-to-head with a Numancia side who have settled into the safety of mid-table. Matchday 21 will be rounded off by AD Alcorcón and SD Ponferradina in their direct fight for the promotion play-off places.
