Match Facts:
Gimnastic:
- Following their 3-1 defeat in Pamplona, Nastic are hoping for the fortress factor to take hold at their Nou Estadi as they look to turn the tie around and secure a place in the final of the Liga Adelante promotion playoffs. However, Vicente Moreno's men will not want to go too gung-ho and will have to be particularly alert when defending set pieces, with two of the three goals they shipped in the first leg having come from dead balls.
- Jean Luc made his mark in the second half at El Sadar with his speed and penetration. The Ivorian created plenty of danger, scoring once and nearly helping his side notch another.
- Nastic know what it takes to beat Osasuna. They triumphed at home to the Pamplona outfit in the latter stages of the regular season, Naranjo's solitary strike proving enough to claim the three points. They will need more than one goal this time round.
Osasuna:
- Mikel Merino stole the show at El Sadar, bagging a brace, and will once again be one to keep your eyes on at the Nou Estadi. Nauzet played a similarly important role in the first leg, including producing one particularly memorable stop from Achille Emana, and with a potential home onslaught on the cards, the keeper may be called upon to deliver another decisive save or two.
- "These are moments when you've got to compete to the max and enjoy it," noted Osasuna coach Enrique Martin in the lead-up to the match. Meanwhile, another of the club's most important players, Roberto Torres, warned against complacency despite the strong position his side are in: "The tie is poised in our favour, but Nastic have a really good team."
Don't leave Tarragona without… visiting the Roman Amphitheatre. Built in the 2nd century BC, it is located a stone's throw from the sea, just outside the city walls. It is one of Tarragona's most iconic sights and one of the most interesting places to visit in Catalonia.
