Clash of the titans in Camp Nou

Real Madrid CF is bidding to make up ground on the Liga BBVA leader, FC Barcelona, on matchday ten of the league. The Whites are travelling to the Camp Nou, where the last 30 years have been kinder to the home team, with 19 victories, eight draws and just three wins for the visitors.

There will be no lack of excitement in what is to be a special Clasico as it is the first for both managers, and for some of the season's star signings: the latest incorporation to Madrid's squad, Gareth Bale, and one of the stars of the azulgranas, Neymar.

Carlo Ancelotti, Madrid's coach spoke of the danger of the Brazilian striker, for whom he says he has no special strategy up his sleeve: "If we had a plan to stop Neymar, we should do the same with Lionel Messi, Alexis Sánchez, Andrés Iniesta... Defensively, the team has to work as a whole".

Despite both teams' watertight line-ups, 'Tata' Martino, Barcelona's manager, made it clear that he has known Saturday's team since "before the Milan match". And although Barcelona starts as the bookies' favourite, Martino is cautious: "I do not believe in favourites in the Clasicos, it will become clear during the match".
