Cadiz make their LALIGA EXPERIENCE debut this season in style.

Cadiz CF hosted the LALIGA EXPERIENCE for the first time this season by offering a few unforgettable days in the Andalusian city, with the Nuevo Mirandilla welcoming the broadcasters DigitAlb Albania, Sports18 India and Spiler Hungary.

In addition to enjoying LALIGA’s football in the flesh, the journalists, influencers and subscribers invited by each of the broadcasters also savoured the cuisine and culture of Cadiz. The experience would culminate in the clash between Cadiz CF and FC Barcelona.

On the days in the run-up to the game, our guests got to visit the facilities of the Bahia de Cadiz training ground where, in addition to meeting and interviewing the first-team players Juanmi and Robert Navarro, they also engaged in a series of challenges with the Cadiz football academy.

One very special day they won’t forget was the guided tour of the Nuevo Mirandilla. Our VIPs were treated to a full-on tour of the stadium, where they got to go down to the pitch, sit in the dugouts and enter the dressing room of Mauricio Pellegrino’s team.

 

On the day before, the travelling party headed to Sevilla to get their first taste of live LALIGA football action by watching LALIGA EA SPORTS’ opening game of Matchday 31 between Real Betis and RC Celta at the Benito Villamarin.

On the matchday, they had the honour of getting a glimpse of both the home and FC Barcelona dressing rooms just minutes before the team arrivals, thanks to the exclusive incentivised access which LALIGA offers our international broadcasters in conjunction with the clubs. They then watched both squads arriving and took in the brilliant atmosphere in the stadium’s surroundings, before receiving a surprise from two of Cadiz’s greatest legends, Pepe Mejias and Paco Baena.

Prior to the kick-off, our guests watched from the sidelines as the two teams completed their warm-ups, before taking their seats in the stands to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the Nuevo Mirandilla. Immediately after the final whistle, Spiler Hungary’s sports commentator, Domokos Bognar, conducted interviews in the flash zone with the Barcelona players Marcos Alonso and Oriol Romeu.

The Hungarian, Albanian and Indian broadcasters spent an incredible few days in Cadiz packed with football, sunshine and local culture, and in which the great mood among all of the guests stood out. It was unquestionably a very special experience.
