Real Sociedad and Celta Vigo will come face-to-face on Saturday in Anoeta, with both teams looking to fulfil very different objectives.
The San Sebastian outfit is seventh in the Liga BBVA with 17 points, just three points off the European places. In order to move ever closer to the coveted continental spots, the Basque team will be looking to secure its fourth win of the season. "We need to be intelligent and brave. We’ll field the strongest eleven and won’t carry any passengers", declared Jagoba Arrasate, the Sociedad manager.
Facing them is a desperate Celta. The Galician team lies sixteenth in the league and is in need of a win to climb away from the danger zone. The side’s away form, which has seen it pick up three victories, allows for some optimism, although coach Luis Enrique knows that it won’t be an easy match: "Real Sociedad is a different class to us. Even the roll of the ball will be key for us in this match".
