With Matchday 25 of LALIGA EA SPORTS and Matchday 28 of LALIGA HYPERMOTION just around the corner, it is virtually impossible to predict what will happen in the final stretch of both domestic competitions. One point, that is the difference between the three big candidates for the league title in the top flight and between the top five teams at the top of the table in LALIGA HYPERMOTION.
FC Barcelona and Real Madrid, both with 51 points, are joint leaders of the LALIGA EA SPORTS table, with a minimal advantage over their nearest pursuer, Atlético de Madrid. The Azulgrana and the Rojiblancos face two difficult away games against UD Las Palmas and Valencia CF respectively, while Real Madrid have home advantage against Girona FC.
A similar situation in terms of equality is being experienced in LALIGA HYPERMOTION which is, if possible, even more striking. CD Mirandés and Real Racing currently occupy the direct promotion places with 48 points each, while SD Huesca, Elche CF and Real Oviedo are just one point behind them, with 47 points.
Following them in sixth position, 2 points behind, is UD Almería, who are in the play-off places.
The fight for survival in LALIGA EA SPORTS is just as close. Deportivo Alavés, second to last, are on 22 points, just one away from leaving the relegation zone, which is occupied by Valencia CF, with the same number of points (23) as UD Las Palmas. RCD Espanyol and CD Leganés are also just one point away from falling into the relegation zone.
Whichever way you look at it, LALIGA EA SPORTS and LALIGA HYPERMOTION are on fire and every matchday could make all the difference. Who will win the titles? Who will stay up? Only time will tell. Right now, it all depends on a single point.
