Sabadell return to LaLiga SmartBank after five year absense

Congratulations are in order for CE Sabadell, who sealed their return to LaLiga SmartBank on Sunday night for the first time since relegation back in 2015. Antonio Hidalgo's men ran out 2-1 winners over FC Barcelona B in the final phase in Marbella thanks to goals from Aleix Lucena and Nestor Querol.

The Catalans had fought through two previous rounds before getting their shot at promotion, overcoming Atletico Madrid B and Cultural Leonesa before Sunday night's clash. As it were, their two second half goals were enough to book their place in next season's competition in a memorable comeback win at the Estadio Municipal de Marbella.
