Jonathas opens the scoring
The Brazilian striker opened the scoring with just five minutes played. A ball inside by Carlos Vela played in the Real Sociedad centre-forward, who lifted the ball over Giedrius Arlauskis to make it 1-0. This made life easier for La Real, who looked the more purposeful and focussed side from the kick-off.
Ruben Pardo, provider par excellence
The Real Sociedad midfielder produced a brilliant display, providing assists for three of the goals scored by his team. He now stands on seven for the season and is one of the players in the Basque side with the best vision. Vela, Mikel Oyarzabal and Diego Reyes all managed to finish off the Spaniard’s creative work to put the game beyond their opponents.
Oyarzabal gets off the mark
The home-grown player was brimming with confidence throughout the match and was rewarded with a goal. After several attempts from outside the box, he ventured inside the area and scored his team's third goal of the night, giving Eusebio Sacristan’s men a comfortable cushion and making it an uphill battle for Constantin Galca’s side.

Reyes adds another Mexican flourish
Another of the players to open his goalscoring account was Diego Reyes. The Real Sociedad number 23 added to the Mexican merriment after Vela's goal, making it 4-0 with an exceptional header from a Pardo corner kick.
Jonathas makes it five
The striker opened the scoring and he also wrapped up proceedings. The Brazilian’s brace puts him on a total of five against his favourite opponents in LaLiga. He scored the fifth and final goal of the game to give La Real their third win on the road, hoisting them up to 27 points and into the less precarious reaches of the league table.
