Regarding the information published in EL ESPAÑOL, LALIGA states that it is a deliberate misrepresentation of facts and part of a manipulative campaign by former LEGENDS employees. LALIGA and LEGENDS Europe have ongoing legal proceedings against these individuals for serious breaches of their contractual obligations. This specifically includes Fernando Vaccaro, who was dismissed for gross misconduct in the performance of his duties.
This dissemination of false information constitutes a targeted harassment campaign against LEGENDS and LALIGA personnel, conducted in collusion with a media outlet. LALIGA, which holds a 30% stake in LEGENDS Europe, also denounces the false and fabricated accusations leveled against Juan Marín, former Deputy Director of LALIGA's Business Department. LALIGA and Juan Marín will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies.
