LALIGA and China Media Group Formalize Cooperation with MOU

LALIGA and China Media Group (CMG) officially signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) today in Madrid, Spain. The collaboration will leverage each party's leadership and expertise in their respective fields to drive strategic football exchanges between China and Spain.

The signing ceremony was attended by LALIGA President Javier Tebas; Vice Minister of Publicity Department of CPC Central Committee, President & Editor-in-Chief of CMG Shen Haixiong, and Mediapro Chairman and Co-founder Tatxo Benet. Chinese Ambassador to Spain Yao Jing was also present during the ceremony. In addition, the signing ceremony was attended by top representatives of LALIGA, CMG and Mediapro, who gathered to witness this momentous occasion.

Internationalisation has been a key part of LALIGA's strategy since 2013. The LALIGA China Office, based in Shanghai, celebrates its 10th anniversary this season, celebrating a decade of highly successful projects aimed at increasing the international value of the brand, generating opportunities for all clubs, increasing its followers and being close to its strategic partners and fans. LALIGA is committed to boost its strategy in the country, which is one of the key regions for the organization.
